When you are ready to reserve your date, the non-refundable Retainer is $399 + GST. The Retainer includes more than two hours of photography, individual planning, professional boudoir posing guidance, access to the studio wardrobe and one selected setting.
Photographs, Albums, fine-art pieces and digital-image Collections are purchased separately. There is no minimum artwork purchase, allowing your final Calgary boudoir investment to reflect what you genuinely want rather than placing every client into the same package.
Additional settings may be added for a fee when you would like your gallery to move between the studio, forest, river or another approved location.
Before reserving your boudoir session, we meet for an entirely zero-obligation Consultation in Sundre, Alberta – not in Calgary. Makeup is never required for a Juicy Boudoir photoshoot. You are equally welcome to arrive with your natural features untouched, with your hair softly styled, or wearing full professional hair and makeup. There is no preferred choice. Some Calgary boudoir clients feel most like themselves with very little styling, while others have been imagining polished waves, dramatic eyes or a full makeup look from the moment they began planning.
If you decide to have your hair or makeup professionally done, tell your HMUA that the styling is specifically for a boudoir photoshoot. Makeup created for professional photography often needs slightly more definition through the eyes and contour than an everyday look because delicate application can appear much softer once photographed.
If professional eye makeup is part of your look, say yes to false lashes. They may feel heavier at first or appear more dramatic in the mirror than you expected, but they photograph far more naturally than they look up close. Without enough lash definition, the eyes can appear less finished in photographs than the rest of the makeup.
Ask your HMUA to blend foundation and contour carefully through the jawline, neck and any visible upper chest. There should not be an abrupt change between the makeup and your natural skin, especially when your Calgary boudoir wardrobe may include lower necklines, bodysuits, lingerie or bare shoulders.
The goal is not to disguise you or create a version of you that feels unfamiliar. It is to make sure the styling you chose translates properly into your Calgary boudoir photos and remains consistent with the wardrobe, setting and atmosphere we planned together.

“Can I Bring a Friend to My Boudoir Photoshoot Near Calgary?”
Yes. You may bring one female friend who is at least 18 years old to your Calgary boudoir photoshoot.
Bringing someone familiar can make the arrival feel easier, particularly when this is your first boudoir session or you would feel more comfortable knowing a trusted woman is nearby. It is never frowned upon, and your sense of safety will always matter more than creating unnecessary rules around the day.
Your guest will be given a designated place along the sidelines where she can watch, encourage you and remain part of the afternoon without entering the active shooting area.
To protect your concentration, privacy and the flow of the session, she must remain at least ten feet away from the camera and cannot stand in front of it, beside it or anywhere within the area being photographed. This keeps the sightline clear and allows your posing guidance to remain calm and uninterrupted.
Cellphones must remain put away for the full duration of the photoshoot. Your guest may not take photographs, record video, make phone calls or scroll through her phone while you are being photographed. Even quiet cellphone use can become distracting during a carefully guided Calgary boudoir session, and no personal images may be captured from the sidelines.
If your photoshoot moves between the studio, forest, river or another approved setting, your friend is welcome to help carry wardrobe pieces or other belongings from one location to the next. It is not the most glamorous supporting role, but it can be genuinely helpful.
Men and anyone under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.
You are equally welcome to arrive alone. Many Calgary boudoir clients find that the familiarity created during their in-person Consultation in Sundre makes photoshoot day feel far less intimidating than they expected.
